To check if a server has recent apps data


  1. Right click on device 
    1. Start
  1. Resource Explorer
  1. In the popup expand Hardware 
    1. Check if ‘Recently Used Applications’ is present.
  1. If it is not then there is either an issue with the SCCM client or that part of hardware inventory is turned off
  2. If it is there then check that there is actually apps being reported as used.
