1. Click on the Admin button
  2. Click Initial Setup
  3. Click on the Dropdown List Items tab
  4. Click on Click here to add new item
  5. Click on the dropdown list to choose the data field, press tab
  6. The List Label will be auto-populated
  7. Enter the new item in the Value field, press tab
  8. Add the sort order to set where in the list the new value will be displayed
  9. Tick Is Visible 
  10. Press Return
  11. Click Save List Changes
