This may be caused by the "Document Mode" setting in IE. Press F12, change to the Emulation tab and change the Document Mode to the latest version.
It's quite possible that a GPO may be enforcing this setting for compatibility reasons. There may be a way for specific URLs (i.e. the MigrationStudio/AppTracker URL) to have a specific Document Mode set to resolve this issue.
