Steps
- Log in to MigrationStudio and Select the User Migration Screen
- Select the Users you wish to send the User Survey to
- Right Click on the selected users and chose "Send Emails"
- Select the "Send Sign Off Email"
NOTE & WARNING
It is possible to send out thousands of emails by selecting All users and doing the above steps. Make sure that you only select the Users you wish to send an email to. It is advisable to ensure that only Users with the appropriate training and knowledge are allowed to Send emails in this way
In order to carry out this operation you must have the following permission:
- Can Send Emails
