sometimes it would make more sense to focus on installed applications rather than used applications for some projects. It would be great having a switch to decide which should be imported from various sources (eg. SCCM). Maybe it is possible to have a new relationship in your DB for Requested by (actually installed) and Used by (as it is implemented in MS today) and use one of the Hidden Tabs for Applications, User and Machines to show them.
I am sure you have you reasons for using Recently Used Apps, but in some cases this is not what customers want to decide on. Especially if using the "User Survey" function where users decide which applications they do not need anymore and only the used applications are showed.
